Project Description: TRES acquired over 930 acres and master planned the largest industrial park in the Las Vegas metro area. TRES acted as managing member for the investors and performed all development services including: Regional Flood control Channel, procurement of a massive substation from NV Energy, high pressure natural gas line, all road and services in addition to the planning and financing of a major waterline to the project. TRES sold the development company and the fully developed project to Prologis.
